It's Tier 9 so it's frequenlty being uptiered with super ships and super carriers which can easily harras it to death quite quickly.
Musashi is overpowered because she's was put down a tier like the OG belfast (though that was also because the consumable combo was very strong.)īut OP has a slight point since most of the older premiums tended to be a bit more OP then modern premiums which have been either mediocre or just decent musashi isn't badly impacted by uptiers and the AA isn't exactly a deal breaker (i mean IJN AA was already bad.)
